Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Quality Control Manager - Norfolk, VA\n

The Quality Control Manager position shall be responsible for administering the Quality Control Program in accordance with customer and company requirements, applicable regulations, and contractual provisions. \n

Responsibilities \n\nPlan, organize, and manage the Quality Control Program.\nImplement and maintain the Quality Control process that is tailored to the contract and encompasses all facets of the operation.\nMonitor and participate in all areas of operations, including inspecting projects, service work orders, preventative maintenance and subcontractors.\nInspect work in progress and any finished work for discrepancies in accordance with the Quality Control Program and contract requirements. \nDocument and track deficiencies found during the Quality Control process and report findings to the customer. \nMaintain Quality Control files and the documented results of all inspections. \nRecommend changes to management or methods to improve workflow or techniques to enhance the quality of service provided. \nPerform other related duties as required.\n\n

Position Qualifications\n\nA minimum of five (5) years' experience in facilities maintenance; or a minimum of (3) years' experience plus a Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM-C) certification.\nKnowledge of applicable codes and regulations.\nOSHA 30 Hour certification.\nProficiency in Microsoft computer applications.\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate the work requirements with various staff and subcontractors.\nThe ability to prioritize, organize and work well under stress and maintain deadlines.\nThe ability to work flexible hours in order to meet deadlines.\nKnowledge of acceptable workplace practices including occupational safety and health regulations.\nExcellent skills in communicating both orally and in writing with internal and external clients and co-workers. \nValid state driver's license with no major infractions.\nMust be able to pass a background check as a condition of employment and obtain access to federal installations is required.\n\n

Support Hours: Normal Duty Hours\n

Place of Performance: The primary work location will be Norfolk, VA\n

Travel: There is little to no travel expected on this contract\n
