Quality Control Manager
Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum three years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in a food/cosmetic/pharmaceutical environment.
- Pharmacist or Assistant Pharmacist or Bachelor's degree or diploma in analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field. BUT if applicant have more than 3 years’ experience this may be waved.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and quality compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in conducting method validations and developing test methods.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a small team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to motivate the QC Team and production staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Devise ways to improve key processes within Quality Control, implementing necessary changes for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee method validations according to required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review raw material, packaging, and finished goods specifications, and develop test methods when needed.
- Work closely with the RP/QA Manager on all aspects of quality compliance.
- Responsible for disciplinary and grievance management of your team.
- Report irregularities and deviations related to cGMP as part of the continual quality improvement process.
- Manage and coordinate operational QC activities related to API production, primary production, and secondary production, including formulation, encapsulation, bottling, and packaging, in line with product requirements and GMP principles.
