Quality Control Manager
**Summary** Chenega Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Quality Control Manager** to join our team at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of supporting NAVFAC (Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command) projects. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures in accordance with NAVFAC requirements. + Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. + Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management and clients. + Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices. + Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. + Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve quality control processes. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years as a Quality Control Manager. + Strong knowledge of NAVFAC standards and regulations. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Proficiency in quality control software and tools. **Why Join Us:** + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a unique and historic location. + Supportive and collaborative work environment. + Commitment to professional development and career growth.
