Quality Control Manager
Summary Chenega Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of supporting NAVFAC (Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command) projects. This role is critical to ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and procedures in accordance with NAVFAC requirements. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present quality control reports to senior management and clients. Train and mentor team members on quality control processes and best practices. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve quality control processes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years as a Quality Control Manager. Strong knowledge of NAVFAC standards and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
