Minimum requirements:
Knowledge of SHEQ – Environmental regulations, OHS Act, and Quality
standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and production monitoring Tools.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Teams and Office.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing
environment, preferably in soya extraction and refining animal feed
industry or food processing industry.
- Knowledge of raw materials.
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards.
- Knowledge of business improvement techniques.
- Knowledge of business, finance, and management principles.
- Knowledge of machines and tools.
- Knowledge of soybean processing methods (extraction, refining etc).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management or related field.
- Chemical background is an advantage.

- In-Depth knowledge of quality management systems – especially FSSC
22 000 and ISO 9001.
- National Diploma / BSc Degree in food technology / Quality management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably in food processing or a similar
manufacturing environment.
