Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Job Description

The project involves two roof renovations for the AOC, specifically at the Capital Power Plant and the Senate Office Building. These buildings have significant historic value, and you will be involved in replacing Spanish tiles and preserving historical elements on a $10 million project. This phased, occupied renovation is an excellent opportunity to work on an art repurposing project with one of the top general contractors known for their historic preservation expertise.

ResponsibilitiesImplement the entire Quality Control (QC) programAttend all post-award conferences, CQC plan meetings, coordination and mutual understanding meetings, and conduct CQC meetingsPerform the three phases of the quality control processReview and approve submittalsEnsure all required testing is performedEssential SkillsQuality control expertiseOSHA compliance knowledgeExperience with federal construction projectsUSACE certification or ability to obtain within 30 daysAbility to obtain an AOC badge5 years of experience in constructionAdditional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certificationExperience in historical preservationWork Environment

This role requires working on a construction site, specifically during overnight shifts. You will be using innovative and cutting-edge technology and have the opportunity to learn from experienced project managers and executives. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
