About the Role
Station on site and carry out independent Quality Control Audit daily to all cluster’s operation on at least 50% of work done and randomly sampled by ITeFM; The audit shall include both document and site checkPerform QC checks on Cleaning and Horti services for respective clusters/camps, and report defects to SP supervisor & TOs to follow upPrepare and submit Audit Report to QA auditors, FOM, and account directorTrack and follow up on closure of Correction Actions (CA) and Preventive Actions (PA) as recommended in the audit reportsRepresent the respective cluster in Authority Audit or other auditsReport directly to QA auditor on QC report and audit mattersSupport QAQC & HS administration workSupport the making of monthly reports for QAQC & HS and updating of websites belonging to QAQCHSAct as administrator for the QAQC & HS team in generalAbout You
Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent2 years relevant experience in Facilities Management or Quality ManagementCandidates with ISO Internal Auditor Certification will be preferredCandidates with Class 3 driving license will be at an advantage
