Job Title: PAC - Quality Control Rework Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Control and Rework Lead to join our team. This leadership role involves working directly with the PAC Group Leadership team and the Services Project Management Team. The primary responsibility is to lead the Quality Control workers on-site, ensuring performance, attendance, and KPI tracking. The role requires performing visual inspections of completed Pods (inventory bins) and documenting the findings. Candidates must have prior quality experience and strong attention to detail.

Join us in launching the large Amazon Robotics Distribution Center in Virginia Beach. We offer competitive pay to offset the 6-month contract length.

Work Environment

The work environment is currently in the construction phase at Amazon ORF4, located at 1795 Dam Neck Rd. in Virginia Beach, VA. The site is non-climate controlled, and port-a-potties are provided for convenience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00
