Weyerhaeuser's Zwolle Plywood/Veneer mill has an opportunity for an experienced Quality Control Superintendent at our Plywood facility in Zwolle, LA. As the Quality Control Superintendent, you will play a key role in the business success of the products produced at the mill. You will lead a program that is accountable for the continuous monitoring of the quality of our products and optimization of the product and process in response to current operating conditions. You will analyze and interpret data, continuously evaluate the mill’s performance and reliability of processes/products by providing immediate feedback and recommendations on challenges and opportunities. This individual should be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision while establishing effective relationships within your team as well as production and maintenance teams.
The QC Superintendent will report directly to the Mill Manager.

You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
