Job Description The Quality Control Supervisor will be joining the Microbiology team at a well-known pharmaceutical company in the Greater Seattle area. The ideal candidate will have a people management experience (overseeing at least 1 person), microbiology experience, and eagerness to learn, and perform testing and assay review. This person will be responsible for supervising daily lab operations, managing analysts, and performing/overseeing various assays/tasks including Bioburden, Endotoxin, Conductivity, TOC, EM, and Utility collections and testing. The team is looking for somebody that is a self starter, a desire to go into management, and has exceptional people management and communication skills.
