What We Offer $17.30 per hour, 1st shift $18.30 per hour, 2nd shift 1st shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM 2nd shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Referral program What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED strongly preferred 2 - 4+ years’ experience as a production operator (IM or Concrete Operator Level II or higher) Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment Strong attention to detail Proactive “self-starter”, and can work well without supervision Able to stand for long periods of time Able to use hands and fingers to complete tasks quickly and efficiently Able to move freely throughout the facility without physical limitation Able to lift 50+ pounds and stoop, bend, reach and crouch What You'll Do as a Quality Control Technician Compare characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects Conduct simple tests such as electrical function, reliability, packaging quality, etc. Record results and prepare simple technical reports Inspects goods as final process before shipping Provide input on quality standards and reports Work with engineering team on setting quality standards Perform other tasks as assigned
