Job Description

Responsible for all pre-operational inspections of the equipment and facility before production startup and/or changeovers.Perform ATP swabbing for sanitation verification.Perform scales and thermometer calibrations.Perform analytical (Moisture, pH, TTA) and sensory (color, taste, smell) tests on finished product samples.Assist in the investigation of any foreign material findings.Perform other tasks or duties as required by the QA Manager.

Qualifications

Any experience in a GMP Regulated environment will be considered.Ideal candidate will have experience in quality control at a food manufacturing company working with document control, quality assurance documentation, and product testing.
