Hours: Second OR Third Shift + Overtime opportunity Job Description: Quality Control Technician - Test raw materials, in-process, and finished products for quality and safety. - Perform pre-operational checks including visual inspections, ATP and allergen swabbing. - Conduct chemical tests (e.g., pH, water activity) and sensory evaluations. - Document test results and generate daily reports. - Hold or release products as necessary based on test results. - Monitor and train staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
