**Job Title: Quality Control Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of hand tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. This hands-on position involves working with production lines to ensure GMPs are adhered to and regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry are met. **Responsibilities** + Ensure the organization’s Quality Management System policies, procedures, forms, and instructions are followed. + Maintain product quality and adhere to regulatory requirements. + Perform in-process inspections, including inspecting labeling, fill volume, and seal integrity. + Draft SOPs and implement new controls to meet regulatory requirements. + Document incidents in compliance with company, federal, state, and local regulations. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of quality experience + Basic understanding of hand tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) + Strong understanding of GMPs (FDA, MDD, CMDCAS) + Computer literacy for training and documentation + High School Diploma **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Attention to detail + Dependable and punctual + Team player with positive communication skills + Commitment to quality + Flexibility with manufacturing fluctuations + Ability to work in teams and interact positively with staff + Understanding of the impacts of quality control + Statistical analysis and knowledge + Strong communication skills and the ability to train others **Why Work Here?** Our company offers significant growth potential. Have a total of multiple production lines in the facility.
