**Job Title: Quality Control Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician. The successful candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards by inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products. **Responsibilities** + Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards. + Evaluate in-process assemblies and finished products for compliance with specifications. + Interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to validate product quality. + Troubleshoot any issues related to product quality and report findings. + Collaborate with team members to cross-train across various business functions. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of quality experience in aerospace, electronics, semiconductor, or electro-mechanical assembly. + Production, quality control, and quality assurance expertise. + Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics. + Strong communication skills. + Effective troubleshooting capabilities. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Self-motivated and capable of working within a smaller team. + Experience working with epoxies. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic company currently in the startup phase, offering significant room for long-term growth and development opportunities. **Work Environment** You will work in a clean room environment alongside a small, dedicated team of 2-3 people, with plans to expand to 5.
