Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Technician to conduct quality control inspections and tests, assist in document change procedures, and prepare and document procedures, including commercial batch record preparation and review. The role also involves conducting qualification and validation protocols, performing lab work, and ensuring all activities comply with quality systems.

ResponsibilitiesConduct quality control inspections and tests.Assist in document change procedures.Prepare and document procedures, including commercial batch record preparation and review.Conduct qualification and validation protocols as assigned.Develop and write qualification and validation protocols and reports.Perform lab work, including LAL, environmental monitoring, bioburden, sterility testing, and basic chemistry analysis.Perform work within the quality systems, including process monitoring activities, reviewing and documenting instrumentation output, interacting with equipment systems, and laboratory record review.Provide QA support, such as non-conformance investigations.Essential SkillsQuality control experience (2 years).Aseptic technique.Experience with FDA regulations (2 years).Laboratory skills.Batch record review.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in a related field or comparable additional experience.Associate degree with 2 years of FDA quality experience is acceptable.Pharmaceutical experience in an aseptic fill operation.FDA/cGMP experience.Work Environment

The candidate will be moving between two different buildings located across the street from each other. They will engage in gowning and assisting with cleanroom activities, as well as working in office spaces to gather QA documents. This is a first shift opportunity with a flexible start time between 6am-8am, spanning 8 hours. Occasionally, the candidate may need to start as early as 4am.
