Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Job Description

The Quality Control (QC) Technician is a key component to ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards. The QC Technician will be responsible for routine and non-routine viscosity testing, environmental testing, pre-operation checklists, equipment verification and validation, corrective actions, holding non-conforming materials, and control of raw materials. Additionally, the QC Technician will maintain the lab, follow good lab practices, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

The position involves 60% lab-based work and 40% work on the manufacturing floor. The work schedule is 1st shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional 4-hour shifts on Friday and Saturday. The team is small and tight-knit, with 2-3 members on shift at a time. The role offers room for upward movement within the company, proximity to the R&D team, and the opportunity to work with new clients and products.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
