Quality Control Technician
**Job Title: Quality Control Technician** **Job Description** Ensure the high standards of quality for our electro-mechanical assemblies and parts. You will use both traditional and innovative inspection techniques to meet rigorous quality standards. This role involves detailed inspections, collaboration with engineering and operations teams, and continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities** + Conduct critical non-routine visual, dimensional, mechanical, electrical, and functional inspections. + Perform complex inspection procedures and interpret test data. + Ensure compliance with customer SLAs. + Conduct in-process and outgoing quality control inspections. + Operate metrology and calibration equipment. + Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions. + Gather metrics and KPIs for quality assessment. + Create and maintain training, work instructions, and best practices. + Identify and communicate resource needs. + Assess and improve department performance. + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams. + Support other departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + Inspection + Quality control + Quality assurance + Quality inspection + Visual inspection + CMM + PC DMIS **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies and parts + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Why Work Here?** We offer a long-term contract to hire position with opportunities for growth and development.
