Quality Control Technician

**Position Summary** **:**
We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing quality inspections on a variety of products and processes. Your primary duties will include verifying compliance with company standards, identifying quality issues, and recommending improvements to ensure the continued success of our products.
**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Perform thorough inspections of parts and completed assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
+ Inspect crate construction and packaging to guarantee safe shipment of products.
+ Verify shipment accuracy to ensure the correct products are sent to customers.
+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
+ Maintain accurate records of inspections, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
+ Suggest improvements to improve overall product quality.
**Qualifications** **:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or education in quality control are a plus).
+ 2+ years of experience in manufacturing quality control. Some production experience is preferred. (Warehouse quality control is not applicable)
+ Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to accurately interpret technical drawings.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products and previous experience with ERP systems is a plus.

+ Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
