Quality Control Technician

The Opportunity:

Under close supervision, responsible for completing product quality checks. Conducts routine testing and analysis of production work. Quality checks are typically reviewed for accuracy. Documents quality control issues as needed.

This role will be a full-time permanent position, based in our head office in Gliwice, Poland.

What we're looking for

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree

Languages: Professional working proficiency in English and Polish

Experience: in the pharmaceutical or medical industry. Experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control team in GMP registered or medical devices companies; internal/external audits; practical knowledge of Good Manufacture Practice, ISO and Quality Management System preferable; computer literate and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

How you'll thrive and create and impact

Responsibility for GMP manufacturing area, conducts GMP internal and external audits, monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms

Provides information, support and guidance to team within the scope of the functional unit

Initiates and coordinates CAPA issuance and resolution

Contributes to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 audits and assist with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 program documentation and implementation

Acts independently for product disposition, release or reject. Responsible for ensuring that each individual batch has been manufactured and tested in accordance with defined release procedures. Interacts with various departments in communicating QA standards.
