Quality Control Technician
Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Quality Control Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will perform quality control checks, basic product testing, and inspections on the production line. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience, receive annual training, and work in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

ResponsibilitiesPerform quality control checks on the production line.Conduct basic testing on products including salt, acid, viscosity, and moisture.Check Critical Control Points such as metal detectors and x-ray machines.Conduct pre-operation inspections.Perform microbiological and allergen swabbing.Essential SkillsExperience in quality assurance or quality control.Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) protocols.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Some college education is a plus but not required.PCQI and HACCP certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.Strong independent work ethic and time management skills.Proactive attitude towards workload management.Work Environment

The role involves overseeing 1-2 production lines at a time, with a maximum of 10 samples tested per hour.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00
