Quality Control Technician
Job Title: Quality Control Technician Job Description: Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products related to Disposables and Electronics. Document non-conformances, assist with investigations, and adhere to QSR, ISO, and internal guidelines. Responsibilities: + Ensure procedural compliance and recommend improvements. + Inspect raw materials and finished products. + Review inspection data and Device History Records (DHRs). + Process Returned Goods/Materials (RGAs/RMAs). + Use sampling plans for statistical sample sizes. + Perform tests per GMP protocols. + Document inspection results per GMP/GDP. + Generate non-conforming material reports (NCMR). + Communicate needs to management. + Assist with process improvement projects. + Work in all QA areas as needed. Essential Skills: + High School diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of quality control experience. + Proficient with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, vision systems). + Detail-oriented, computer literate, and professional. + Adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision. + Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to read engineering drawings and use metrology equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications: + Medical device experience preferred. + Experience in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. + Experience with electrical testing. Work Environment: Work with various inspection tools in different QA areas. Adaptability and professional attire required. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
