Our client, a leading supplier to the automotive industry, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective decision-making skills, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Gordonsville, TN

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 4pm-12:30am and until 2:30am as needed for overtime

What's the Job?

Perform line and dock audits to ensure quality standards are being met. Conduct daily build-up checks and collect samples and data for problem-solving. Issue quality alerts and rework instructions with required signatures. Communicate any quality issues to the Quality Engineer and Operations team. Follow and observe all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in quality control. Willingness to cross-train and adapt to various tasks. Ability to work the designated shift and overtime as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Above-average attendance history.
