Job DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording statistical data, analyzing data to validate or show deviations from existing standards, and recommending modifications to existing methods and procedures. You will be involved in quality inspections using measuring tools and work in a hands-on environment.ResponsibilitiesRecord statistical data.Analyze data and write summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standards.Recommend modifications to existing or suggest new standards, methods, and procedures.Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, high gauges, torque tools, and digital multimeters.Explain quality processes pertaining to previous roles.Handle basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.Essential SkillsQuality control experience.Troubleshooting skills.Knowledge of electrical systems, PCB, schematics, and wiring.Experience with oscilloscopes and calibration.Ability to explain quality processes from previous roles.Experience with torque tools and PCB.Hands-on experience with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, high gauges, torque tools, and digital multimeters.Additional Skills & Qualificationsto working knowledge of subject matter.Experience in automotive or medical device is a plus.Why Work Here

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
