Quality Controller
As the **Quality Controller** , you will be responsible for overseeing all quality control inspections and audits throughout the production process. You will ensure that all FRP products, raw materials, and components conform to dimensional, material, and process specifications. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the company’s commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with the Engineering and Management teams to resolve any issues and improve our processes. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Quality Control and Inspections:** 2. Inspect FRP products and related components at all stages of production to ensure product quality and conformity to material specifications, standards, and procedures. 3. Inspect received parts and components for dimensional accuracy and material conformity. 4. Perform in-process and final acceptance inspections to verify product quality and workmanship. 5. Monitor production steps and ensure adherence to high-quality standards by interacting with Leads/Employees. 6. Ensure all production documentation is up to date and accurate. 7. Witness and verify test performance, and ensure compliance with QC procedures. 8. Inspect purchased raw materials and equipment to verify compliance with supplier documentation. 9. Ensure proper storage, labeling, calibration, and tracking of raw materials and equipment. 10. Ensure all QC equipment is calibrated and operational. 11. Verify that all workers are appropriately trained and certified for their tasks. 12. Handle and process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in accordance with company regulations. 13. Provide clear and accurate information to the Engineering team as needed. 14. **Documentation:** 15. Provide detailed, accurate, and timely written reports of all inspections. 16. Create Final QC Handover Files based on client requirements. 17. Complete necessary documentation and logs in accordance with company policies. 18. **Safety and Compliance:** 19. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. 20. Ensure the workspace is clean and free from hazards. 21.
