We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and monitoring our production processes to ensure that products meet high-quality standards. The Quality Controller will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for delivering top-notch products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Monitor production processes to identify deviations or defects.
3. Conduct tests and measurements on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
4. Document and communicate any non-conformities or deviations.
5. Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
8. Train and educate production team on quality control processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
4. Experience with quality control tools and techniques.
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
