Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** **Role responsibilities** + Collaborate with project teams to implement comprehensive project plans tailored to pediatric antibiotic stewardship for acute respiratory tract infections (ARTIs). + Identify and address potential barriers to the effective implementation of antibiotic stewardship interventions for ARTIs in pediatric settings. + Provide technical assistance and guidance to implementation teams, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices. + Focus on maximizing performance within the organization through system coordination; integration of patient-valued preferences, skills in relational coordination, and building community. + Conduct ongoing evaluations of implementation processes and outcomes related to antibiotic stewardship. + Analyze data to assess the impact and effectiveness of stewardship interventions. + Support the process for the interventions to effectively reach target populations and achieve sustainable impact. + Communicate complex information about stewardship principles and outcomes effectively to diverse audiences. + Identify areas for improvement in stewardship practices and implement quality improvement strategies to optimize outcomes. + Document lessons learned, best practices, and guidelines to support future pediatric antibiotic stewardship initiatives. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Quality Professional preferred. + Risk Management preferred.
