Job Overview:
Oversees process for M & M, peer review, chart analysis and maintains documentation and minutes for quality activities. Acts as quality liaison and communicates effectively with the 3 northern sites of CTS. Maintains current knowledge of industry standards related to cardiac surgery. Initiate and maintains data related to reporting quality initiatives. Works with leadership to develop processes for presentation of quality data.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s Degree in clinical/healthcare industry required. Minimum of 3-5 years of hospital clinical experience in cardiac services preferred. Knowledge of Office Suite products.Preferred:
