This position supports the functions of the Quality Team, which include Quality Assurance and Reporting, Compliance, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Infection Prevention, and Patient Experience. Under the direction of the Director of Quality, the coordinator will support various data-driven process improvement activities intended to elevate quality performance across the organization The Quality Coordinator will participate in program coordination and project management in collaboration with other members of the Quality Department, clinical and professional staff, and leaders across all areas of the hospital. Additional duties may include meeting attendance, recording of minutes, planning and agendas, facilitating workgroups, and coordination of other Quality Department activities.
EDUCATION: Associates Degree required; BS Degree or equivalent preferred
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Eligible for Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
