Position objective
Diagnose and solve assembly problems reported by customers, maintain constant communication with the external stakeholders and the assembly plant.
Roles & responsibilities
- Control and notification of all the field complaints concerning Queretaro.
- Claims classification and publishing.
- Field complaints following and management.
- Validation and following corrective actions from support areas (8d’s, PSP’s)
- Control and notification about the field complaints status in Queretaro.
- Support the internal team on problem solving.
- Provide status about the complaint to the PPQ (Field customer team) team. .
- Participation with engineering and manufacturing concerning continuous improvement projects.
- Attend and follow up on customer governance.
- Attend and follow up on the internal customer governance..
- Follow BRP values and behaviors
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics
- Enforce Quality BRP policy.
Position profile:
Bachelor Industrial engineer
Professional Experience:
At least 3 years experience in Quality and Costumer Service
Language:
· Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
· English written and verbal (Min: 90%).**
· Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
Technical skills (Minimum desired)
1. Corrective actions validation and follow up
4. Core tools (PFMEA,PPAP)
2. Knowledge of GD&T
5. PPM / ippm’s management
3. Knowledge of measurement equipment
6. Analysis and Problem Solving
