Responsibilities The Quality Data Analyst RN assists in measuring and analyzing clinical data to improve quality of patient care and cost-efficiency for the organization. Qualifications Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or commensurate experience. Current NJ State RN license 2 years’ experience in performance / quality improvement activities, and/or 1 year experience as a RN, and/or 2 years’ experience in healthcare analytics. Understands workflow and clinical documentation in relation to data collected. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness giving attention to details. Applies feedback to improve performance. Manages time and prioritizes effectively to achieve organizational goals. Preferred Job Requirements: Healthcare Quality Certification (CPHQ), Certified Professional in-Patient Safety (CPPS), or other relevant certification.
