Job DescriptionROLE OVERVIEW
Role will support Specification Review and Quality Systems according to standards to make sure plant is in compliance and then assist with improvement projects related to both as needed.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Review incoming customer specifications and other associated documents to ensure all relevant data is captured and recorded as part of the new item setup processReview customer specifications to ensure data is correct and that Amcor is able to comply with the customer’s requirementsWork with the customer to communicate and negotiate items within the customer specification that Amcor cannot agree toCreate Amcor drawing to represent the product in situations where the customer does not provide their own drawing/specMaintain Master Data Library, keeping all relevant files up to date and organized effectivelyFollow good documentation practices, ensuring compliance to ISO 13485 and FDA CFR requirementsPartner closely with the Product Data team and other stakeholders to expedite item setupComplete tasks effectively and within defined timelines/SLAsManage document Control within KMSManage the change control systems to ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements and support QMSMaintain required training records and reports/provides requested data to appropriate internal personnel within KMSDevelop and maintain a library of training materials which is reviewed annually so that all training documentation is readily available.Participates in internal and external audits as requestedMaintain site skill matrices, upload training materials and identify training needed for complianceDevelop and standardize manufacturing specifications for internal and external requirementsLiaison with graphics for print specifications and requirementsOther duties as assignedWHAT WE VALUE
