Quality Data Specialist I
Job Summary Responsible for abstracting clinical data elements for Tower Health System from the electronic health record as required by various agencies. The Quality Data Specialist 1 is responsible for the accurate interpretation of the definitions in order to perform reliable, valid abstraction of the required elements. Routinely performs audits and maintains 95% accuracy in all assigned registries.
