Quality-Delivery Specialist

What You Will Do:
The Quality Specialist functions under the direction of the Quality Manager and, at times, the Quality Engineers; and is responsible for providing professional level quality analysis and support for Our Client´s Corporation and Manufacturing Companies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Enable the effectiveness of Quality through on-site plant visits and analysis of quality requirements and conditions. Provide quality reporting, data analysis, identify trends, and follow up with AMC’s regarding corrective action. Gather, manage, analyze, and interpret AMC quality data for global TG reporting requirements. Organize, lead through example behavior, other members of Quality team. Conduct on-site plant visits to deliver required training material in classroom setting. Continue to learn and develop strength in identifying quality issues and promoting corrective action. Drive optimization by being actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts. This role requires the completion of other duties as assigned. Function in a highly collaborative environment, where flexibility and teamwork is crucial to organizational success.What You Will Need:
Basics:
Microsoft Office Suites 2016 and newer. Ability to consistently meet deadlines. Effective verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills (English/Spanish). Sustaining a high degree of professionalism in interacting with internal and external customers. Effective attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills. Minimum 2-3 years experience working in the automotive industry. Ability to manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel on short notice/as needed to multi-national facilities.Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Quality, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing process. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T). IATF/ISO internal and external process audit experience. Experience in Warranty Quality.How You Will Be Successful:
