Description:Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as an F-35 Delivery & Sustainment Quality Representative Senior. You will be responsible for all aspects of Quality and Mission Success at the Cameri, Italy Depot. You will be responsible for ensuring the Product Support Provider (Leonardo) meets/exceeds overall product quality for aircraft inducted in the depot. You will be responsible for executing oversight of product and process verification, process and procedural compliance, and FOD prevention/detection within delivery processes as it relates to product quality. You will routinely interface with various functional and program areas to assure compliance, continuous improvement, effectiveness of inspection systems, and regular interface with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Quality Assurance representatives. Additionally, you will regularly act as a liaison between Lockheed Martin Enterprise Sustainment Quality and:
• Product Support Provider (Leonardo)
• LM on Site MRO&U team
• Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) /Government Flight Representative (GFR)
• Joint Program Office
• F-35 International Customers
Responsibilities include:
• Review/approve the Product Support Provider's (PSP) Quality Management Plan (QMP) for adequacy and alignment to the F-35 Sustainment QMP and Quality Appendixes.
• Assist PSP with development of Consolidated Ground Operations Procedures to ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with DCMAI-8210.1.
• Capture, analyze, and report quality trend data.
• Review post-modification Certificates of Incorporation, Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Return to Service for accuracy prior to aircraft delivery.
• Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and assist the PSP Quality Management team with Root Cause Corrective Action activities and approve Corrective Action Plans.
• Provide Quality Engineering oversight of the modification effort in accordance with the Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTD).
• Develop, execute, and tailor the site Surveillance Plan to ensure all DCMA 8210.1 requirements are being met in the Modification facility, Fuel Test facility, Final Finishes, and flight line areas.
• Ensure Depot adherence to AS9110 and other statutory requirements by conducting annual quality management process and product audits.
• Support DCMA Aviation Program Team Audit Activity.
• Perform Tool Trial Runs for mod tooling.
• Interface required with various PSP functional and program areas to assure compliance, continuous improvement, effectiveness of planning and inspection systems.
• Must be a United States citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• Experience in aviation/aerospace,
or military aircraft manufacturing industry.
• Experience in establishing and implementing quality assurance systems.
• Experience operating under DCMA 8210.1, AS9110.
• Experience with root cause analysis and process or product auditing.
• Experience interpreting blueprints, engineering specifications and drawings, technical data and planning documents.
• Experience with MS office tools.
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Previous F-35 experience in a depot/modification environment.
• Prior experience working with a rigorous production schedule.
• Experience working with DCMA/GFR interactions, JPO, foreign military commands, customer maintenance and flight crews.
• Experience with LM Quality/Engineering databases: SQM, ICA, PCAMS, EMAP, JDL, ALIS, LIST, OASIS, PDM, VAS.
