4. Directs process and product assembly, and testing to ensure materials, parts, and products comply with established quality standards

5. Takes these results and helps improve existing methods of operations.
通过采集、分析现有质量数据来改善现有质量管控方法和流程；
6. Collaborates with other management members to develop new product, manufacturing and training methods

7. Prepares order management, R&D, IE and product quality reports by collecting, analyzing CRM data and summarizing information into trends

8. Provides input to strategic decisions that may affect the quality of operations or products.
提供与质量体系运行及产品质量控制相关的信息，为公司的战略发展决策提供帮助；
9. Ensure Product is Conforming. Ensure non-conforming product is secured and disposed
确保产品合格，确保不良品能及时锁定并处理；
10. Quality in NPI Product, established APQP at SRH
按新产品开发流程批准产品上市；
11. Supplier Development
根据公司战略，与其他部门一起开发新供应商；
12. Lead in Customer complaints
负责处理客户的质量投诉和抱怨；
13. Develops PFMEA, works with product engineering to link PFMEA to DFMEA, updates PFMEA to reflect lessons learned and process improvements
与项目团队一起编制、维护PFEMA，与产品工程师协作将PFEMA和DFEMA进行有效联接，并根据经验教训和工艺改进结果对PFEMA进行更新。
