Job Description

The Quality Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the development, application, and maintenance of quality control systems and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. The role involves ensuring quality systems meet requirements, leading and directing internal and external audits, developing and implementing quality programs, providing training to employees, and supporting the Quality Management Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for investigating accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. You will also update documents, procedures, and working instructions and act as the Point of Contact for ongoing audits.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

Quality system documentationWork instructionMinimum of 2 years of coordinator experience in the quality fieldExperience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (automotive experience is a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with ISO management systemsExperience with IATF

Work Environment

The work environment involves forging and machining of steel components, including warm forging, cold forging, machining, and heat treatment. Products include pinions, transmission shafts, yokes, and joints. The position is for the first shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
