Quality Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure product and process compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a vertically integrated manufacturing environment Knowledge of APQP, quality systems audit, and tools such as 8D, A3, and 5-Why Six Sigma training Understanding of GD&T and SCP

Preferred Skills:

Two years of project management and/or process development experience Experience in the automotive, lighting, or plastics industry

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes Conduct root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements Resolve quality issues to meet customer and regulatory requirements

Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
