Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer II to support production departments, investigate quality issues, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Statistics.
Ability to lead teams and solve quality-related issues.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex prints, including GD&T.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with stamping and welding fabrication processes is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Pro E/Creo for reviewing design models and assemblies.
Experience with Lean manufacturing practices.
Knowledge of CMM inspection processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Support two production departments by investigating quality issues related to products and processes.
Analyze data to determine root cause in NCCA system and implement corrective actions.
Provide work direction to inspectors & auditors.
Identify and help lead continuous improvement projects.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
