Responsibilities:Supports in defining and identifying new quality strategies and quality system tools, especially when market requirements change, or new business is acquired.Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.Assures that non-conformities are effectively closed.Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.Coordinates and participates in product testing processes.Executes internal system and process auditsSeeks out opportunities to drive continuous improvement efforts.Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.Communicates clearly and concisely while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customer needs and expectations.Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant FieldSome industry-relevant professional experienceExisting knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred.Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt certifications in Six Sigma methodologies preferred.ISO Auditor Certification: ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards.Professional level English language skills preferred.Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
