Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve Quality department goals, aligning with project schedules and contract requirements. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and military specifications to ensure compliance with government and customer contract standards. Support the resolution of Non-Conformance reports (NCs) by verifying that corrective actions have been effectively implemented. Participate in and support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities within the Quality Department. Assist in creating and delivering training programs as needed to enhance team skills and knowledge. Adhere to departmental and company procedures as directed by management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related technical field and 0 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles; or Associates degree in a related technical field and 4 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or similar responsibilities. Broad knowledge of quality assurance engineering, electrical or mechanical engineering, or applied sciences. Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a strong dedication to excellence.
