Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

- Coordinate and lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventative Action implementation for customer complaints and internal quality defects.

- Create, update and revise internal documentation such as work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

- Manage non-conforming dispositions through the Material Review Board (MRB) process.

- Maintain a culture that adheres to ISO9001 certification through the internal audit process.

- Report on the Cost of Poor Quality in daily management.
