Quality Engineer
Seeking a Quality Engineer for a client who is on the forefront of the aviation industry, creating the first lighted cockpit controls for the military and commercial aircraft industry.

As a quality engineer, you will lead without authority, influencing teams to achieve goals. You will bring your passion for quality, knowing that anything worth doing is worth doing right! You will use data to take action and solve problems, and work to understand our business as a whole.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor, analyze, and improve quality performanceMake sure that materials, equipment, processes and products meet our strict quality specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional peers to develop and implement controls and improvementsGuarantee that processes and products comply with customer and regulatory requirementsInvestigate root cause to permanently resolve product and production issuesDevelop and implement robust corrective actions, solutions, and improvementsCommunicate with our customers to resolve issues and drive improvementsRepresent Quality in early-phase new product introduction projects

Hard Skills5+ years of experience working as a Quality EngineerContinuous Improvement and Corrective Action experienceQuality Management System ExperienceISO9001 experience is requiredAerospace experience is preferred but not required
