We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Tab for Quality Engineer position.

Quality Engineer

What a typical day looks like:

Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluationDirects workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliabilityAssures data availability and integrity for all quality related data Consolidates and reports quality resultsInitiates corrective action requests as needed and tracks to satisfactory completionAssists with development and implementation of quality auditsIn charge of developing, applying, revising and maintaining quality standards for processing materials into partially finished or finished productsApproves product, process and equipment qualificationsProvides liaison to various regulatory bodiesParticipate on MRB meetings

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experienceBasic communication level of English in written / verbalYou may have knowledge of: Ishikawa, 5Why, 8D, Flowchart, FMEA, Control PlanAdvantage but not must: 6Sigma Green / Black Belt, Lean knowledge, Minitab knowledgeFamiliar with SMT processElectronic Assembly:  color code, component, schematicsInspection: microscope, measuring toolsOffice skills: telephones, data entry, office software, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packageOperations and technical skillsWorking knowledge of functional conceptsTroubleshooting, diagnostics, and overview of the entire  process and the ability to train others
