Job Title: Quality Engineer (Aftermarket)

Job Description

Manage all customer defects and initial communication with customers. You will ask the right technical questions to understand the true nature of the problems and potential defects. Create documentation for the team on the floor to conduct proper testing to fix the issue. Handle all warranty claims. You will need to be results driven and utilize project management skills to meet expectations
