Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with a strong experience in manufacturing and production quality. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/production quality. The candidate must be proficient in GD&T and Root Cause Analysis. Preference will be given to candidates with welding experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of AWS, Statistical Process Control, KPI Management, ISO 9001, UL (Underwriters Laboratories). The role requires strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to influence others and lead small teams, and the capability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate should be effective in problem identification and solution, with proven analytical and organizational ability.
