Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description As a Quality Engineer, you'll collaborate with various departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality parts to customers. You'll work within an ISO 9001/AS9100 & NADCAP certified environment, focusing on process improvement and innovation. This role is crucial for maintaining certifications and involves developing procedures to ensure safe manufacturing and timely delivery while also emphasizing environmental protection. We seek a detail-oriented individual dedicated to continuous improvement. Responsibilities + Identify relevant statistical methods to determine quality improvement parameters for manufacturing processes. + Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to analyze reported issues and develop solutions for process improvements. + Prepare monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing quality data for senior management presentations. + Participate in internal audits of the Quality Management System (QMS). + Ensure adherence to quality objectives and proper documentation practices. + Inspect and test products, components, and processes against predefined standards. + Perform other assigned duties as needed. Essential Skills + Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP standards. + Quality engineering and quality assurance experience. + Prior experience as a quality engineer in a manufacturing setting. + Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS). + 1-3 years of experience, including internship experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience working on a manufacturing floor is a plus. + Prior quality assurance experience.
