Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
Represent Customers within FT on Product Quality & Safety Requirements inline with RDSO Specifications / STRs etc.
Prepare & organize the necessary documentation for Product Registration / Renewal & QAP Approvals / Re approvals
Ensure timely 3rd party inspection (RDSO/RITES etc.) for OE & CS for Inspection call Raising, Documentation arrangement, IC & DM collection including IR process for TP Check Items
Liaison & Follow up with TPI’s (Third Party Inspection Agencies) for 3rd party inspection related issues
Liaison & Follow up with TPI’s (Third Party Inspection Agencies) for Joint inspection in case of Customer Complaints
Ensure the record keeping & submission of PDI documents to customers in case of 3rd party inspection as well as Consignee inspection.
Identified, implement the corrective and preventive action for issue identified in TPI’s Inspection.
Track, monitored & achieve the target inspection planned for the month.
Preparing & monitoring the KPI, PPT related to TPI inspection.
Involve in Continuous Improvement plans.
Actively participate in customer complaints handling for reducing the zero km and within warranty failures.
Motivating and involving sub ordinates in Quality Improvement plans like Kaizen, Suggestion Scheme, QRQC and other improvement activities
Ensuring the implementation of assigned activities under Quality VSM & WMS, as applicable
