Description:

This position will be a customer facing Quality Engineer. This will involve daily checks of customer complaints and responding with action (i.e. issuing quality alerts, starting containment/sorts). Will do daily Gemba (go and see) to do root cause analysis for potential quality issues. Will also provide reporting and presentations to customers as needed.

3+ years in automotive Quality Engineer role

Microsoft Office (ie. ability to create Powerpoint presentations and utilize Excel pivot tables)

Bachelors Degree

PFMEA experience (another Engineering group is responsible for creating PFMEA but knowledge of how they work and can be changed is important for this role)

Failure mode and risk analysis

Rubber experience
