As a Quality Engineer, you will manage warranty processes and analyze data to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. You will work with various teams including engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain to solve warranty issues and improve processes. You will handle the warranty management system, including documentation and tracking of claims and complaints, and use statistical tools to find trends and causes of product failures. Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis, plan corrective actions, and develop preventive measures to reduce warranty claims and enhance product reliability. You will lead teams to investigate and resolve complex warranty issues, monitor and report on warranty performance metrics, and work with suppliers to address warranty issues and ensure compliance. Providing technical support to customer service and sales teams and driving continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction will also be key responsibilities.

ResponsibilitiesManage warranty processes and analyze data to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.Work with various teams (engineering, manufacturing, customer service, supply chain) to solve warranty issues and improve processes.Handle the warranty management system, including documentation and tracking of claims and complaints.Use statistical tools to find trends and causes of product failures.Conduct root cause analysis and plan corrective actions with teams.Develop preventive measures to reduce warranty claims and enhance product reliability.Lead teams to investigate and resolve complex warranty issues.Monitor and report on warranty performance metrics.Work with suppliers to address warranty issues and ensure compliance.Provide technical support to customer service and sales teams.Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction.Essential Skills4+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS).Experience with root cause analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).Engineering degree.Proficiency in failure analysis and analysis tools.Experience in conducting internal and external audits.Work Environment

Office environment with multiple facilities and production floors.
